MSSP Dashboard
The MSSP Dashboard provides a consolidated, multi-tenant overview of digital risk and threat intelligence across all onboarded customers — enabling Managed Security Service Providers to achieve operational scalability, visibility, and service standardization from a single interface.
Accessing the MSSP View
The MSSP View is available to accounts with MSSP-tier subscriptions. From the left navigation menu, click MSSP View → Dashboard.
Overview
The MSSP Dashboard aggregates risk posture data across all managed customer tenants into a single view. Instead of logging in and out of each customer account, MSSP analysts can monitor all customers simultaneously and drill down into individual tenants as needed.
Dashboard Capabilities
Multi-Tenant Risk Overview
A single-pane view showing:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Customers monitored | Total number of active customer tenants |
| Critical incidents (all customers) | Total open critical incidents across all managed customers |
| Most at-risk customers | Customers ranked by open incident severity and count |
| New incidents (24h) | New incidents created across all tenants in the last 24 hours |
| Incident resolution rate | Percentage of incidents closed vs. opened in the current period |
Customer Selector
Switch between customer tenants using the Customer Selector at the top of the MSSP Dashboard. When a customer is selected, the full console switches context to that customer's environment — giving you the complete XTron Console experience for that tenant.
Cross-Tenant Analytics
- Compare risk posture across customers
- Identify customers with the highest exposure or the most rapidly growing incident count
- Track remediation velocity per customer
- Generate per-customer or consolidated reports
Use Cases
| Scenario | How MSSP Dashboard Helps |

Role-Based Access for MSSP
MSSP platform access is governed by roles at two levels:
- MSSP Admin — Manages all customer tenants, billing, and MSSP team members
- MSSP Analyst — Views and manages incidents across all assigned customer tenants
- Customer-level roles — When working within a specific tenant, the usual Owner/Admin/Analyst/Viewer roles apply
