BrandSafe™ — Brand Monitoring
BrandSafe is CyberXTron's brand protection product. It continuously monitors the internet for unauthorized use of your brand — detecting phishing sites, typosquatting domains, fake social media profiles, and counterfeit apps before they cause harm to your customers or reputation.
What BrandSafe Monitors

How It Works
- You configure your brand assets — your primary domain, brand name, logo, product names, and executive names
- BrandSafe continuously scans domain registrations, web indexes, social media platforms, and app stores
- Each detection is analyzed for abuse intent and similarity to your brand
- Confirmed detections are created as incidents in the CyberXTron platform
- You can request takedowns directly from the incident view (Enterprise plan)
Incidents
Every BrandSafe detection is surfaced as an incident containing:
- Threat type — Phishing, typosquat, fake social, app abuse, etc.
- Infringing asset — The URL, domain, social profile, or app listing
- Similarity score — How closely the infringing asset matches your brand
- Evidence — Screenshot and metadata of the infringing asset
- Status — Whether the site is live, taken down, or inactive
- Recommended action — Takedown request, registrar report, platform report, etc.

Takedown Support
Enterprise Feature
Automated takedown submission is available on Enterprise plans.
BrandSafe can assist with takedown requests by:
- Generating pre-filled abuse reports for registrars, hosting providers, and platforms
- Submitting takedown requests on your behalf (Enterprise)
- Tracking takedown status through to completion
Brand Asset Configuration
BrandSafe monitors based on the brand assets configured for your workspace. Contact your CyberXTron account manager to configure:
- Primary domain — Your main website domain
- Brand name — Organization name and key product names
- Logo — For visual similarity matching
- Executive names — Names to monitor for impersonation
- Social media handles — Your official accounts (used to detect fakes)
- Keyword list — Additional terms to monitor
